I got a size XL to ensure it fit. Its comfortable to wear for hours throughout the day. I love the adjustable velcro waist.

Best waist trainer ever!

I totally could have gotten the small but the medium still does what it's suppose to do. I definitely feel snatched while wearing this and the best thing about it is that it doesn't roll up which is a plus for me. Since I can't get a return I'll wear this medium for a while and definitely get a small.
