Shipped SUPER quick! You can’t tell from the picture but this is a very high quality trainer. Made STRONG! Of course I want to slim my waist, but I mainly got this to help my posture at my desk job and it works great. At my desk, in my car... this has me sitting UP straight! Haha This trainer feels a little long, but maybe my torso is just short (I’m 5’4”). We’ll see when I order the next smaller size. The bottom of the trainer arches up on the sides a little for your hips, but if it could arch a little more, that’d be perfect!
