Handwash, we recommend soaking it for about 15-30min in cold water with gentle detergent and/or baking soda, lightly scrubbing with hands or sponge and then hang-drying your waist trainer.
It all depends on wear and care, different people wear their waist trainers using different techniques or handle them with more/less care than others. Someone who only uses their waist trainer strickly for cardio, standing upright might get a longer wear out of it compared to someone who decides to wear it for 8 hours a day including bending and sitting. Because of this, we don’t offer a warranty or an estimated product life.
There are many waist training techniques out there, your choice depends on your personal preference and waist training experience level. Remember to do what makes you comfortable and remember to breathe!
